Dedicated and results-driven, Danielle is a seasoned professional with a rich history of success in leading project efforts in Human Resources, Administrative, and Operations functions for diverse organizations. Her holistic approach to projects, combining strategic vision with hands-on implementation, has consistently driven positive organizational change, enhanced employee satisfaction, and contributed to the overall success of the companies she has had the privilege to serve.

Her career journey includes impactful stints at MTI as the Global Human Resources Director at Vios Global LLC as the Director of Human Resources. Additionally, her prior experience at the  City of Chicago's Department of Aviation and various consulting companies provided a strong client-driven approach and business framework to address issues and conflicts in dynamic working environments across diverse sectors.

Drawing on best practices, she created and implemented processes and procedures, closely monitored KPIs for both the department and organizational areas, and fostered collaboration with department leaders to identify and develop talent aligning with organizational objectives. 

Educationally, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and English from the University of Michigan. She is also a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

As an active member of the professional community, she is affiliated with SHRM at the national level and the Northern Illinois Human Resources Council at the chapter level.
